If someone is cremated with no autopsy and you suspect foul play how do you prove it?

An elderly woman I know said while alive that she never wanted to be cremated. She was going to live with her daughter in Ohio, and when she died she wanted her body flown in her coffin back to San Diego to be buried next to her first husband. Her two wills stated that request. The first will makes both her offspring executers to her estate but after living with her daughter in Ohio for 2 years she changes her will to make only her son the executer and the daughter is now the beneficiary only. When this elderly woman dies, several years later & I obtain a copy of her death certificate it says she was cremated without an autopsy & her request was not honored to return to San Diego in her will. This elderly woman came into alot of $$ living in the same town as her daughter . The funeral home would not respond to a grandson in another state when they were asked if this elderly woman was alone when she died. So, with the body cremated how does one prove foul play if this was murder?

Raptor 660 CDI problems?

I have piped raptor 660 with no lid, and i have a performance CDI which i have to run because my other two stock cdi's will not work properly. Im just wondering if the stock cdi is the problem. When ever i have the performance in, it starts fine and runs fine. When i have my stock one in. It starts fine at first then it slowly get harder to start, and then it will start making a clanking noise and is very hard to start, unless i hold the throttle 1/4 at the same time i start, but one i do get it started, it runs fine. it intermitting. anyone know.

Pregnant. Went to the doctor, now I'm VERY distressed and worried.. any advice or similar situations?

I found out I was pregnant (at a clinic yesterday with a urine test) and had six positive hpt before that. All (even the doctors one) were faint positives. The doctors estimated that I am 6 weeks. But we did an ultrasound today and couldn't see or hear anything but a tiny fluid pouch too small to even take as a real pregnancy. Pap smear and HPV questions...Worried...?

If your pap smear and HPV tests come back normal, how is that truly a sign of relief? I ask because I have heard that just because these tests come back normal, that does not mean that you do not have the HPV virus. Therefore meaning that you are not out of the clear for cancers and such. So how are you supposed to know for surely you don't have things wrong, when statistics say that just by having one time, pretty much means you will get HPV within years after? This is scary, and I don't want to think I am fine, and then p it to my new life long husband. I've also read on Webmd that the HPV virus can stay in your body for up to two years, and in most cases your body will clear up the infection on it's own, but it takes those two years to do so. And I've also read and heard from other sources that this virus can be silent and not always seen or found. How do I truly know I am OK? I can't go get a test and have it come back and say I am fine, when all of these other things say to my face that it's not a certainty. I was soaking my feet and when I went to put lotion on it, I realized that there's a large tear in the skin between my pinkie toe and the toe next to it, it's right underneath the pinkie toe. I would not go over board with the request list, I would say a good rule of thumb is around 30 songs. This should consist of the must have songs you want and songs you definitely don't want. You can also just let them know they types of music you want and they can run from there. The best DJ is one that does not play from a list, he is the one that takes the suggestions you gave him, feels out the crowd reactions and figures out what to play next.

Problems with my *almost* 3 month old.?

My daughter will be 3 months on January 7th. She has been a "spitty baby" since birth, but I think it is more than that. My son (almost 3 now) had mild reflux and we chose not to medicate because it wasn't causing him discomfort. However my daughter seems to be in a great deal of pain/discomfort with her spitting up. She spits up LARGE amounts...not like a few table spoons, more like a few ounces at a time. We have tried Zantac and it made things worse. We have gone to the ER in fear of dehydration, they tested for Pyloric Stenosis- negative. Saw a public health nurse who said it was just reflux and to see the family doctor. Saw the doctor who says "maybe it is not reflux because the Zantac should have helped that". The doc thinks I am OVER FEEDING her. I feed for 10-20mins on one every 1.5-2hrs. I use the same a few times, then switch to the other for a few feedings (etc). The doctor suggested forcing her to wait longer between feedings, preferably AT LEAST 2 hrs but aim for 3. This is NOT working and I have stopped doing this and gone back to feeding when she wants (every 1.5-2hrs).Making her wait longer is like someone is torchering her, she just screams and screams no matter what you do to soothe her. The longer stretch between feedings didn't help the puking anyways. Even if she goes 5hrs (she does this once a day) between feedings while she sleeps it makes no difference. I have tried modifying my diet- no help. She is gaining weight OK, like the minimum amount she needs to gain, so my doctor says he isn't concerned. I understand that weight gain is important in making sure the baby is getting enough, but the only reason she is gaining is because I am almost constantly nursing her. Its a vicious cycle of nurse-puke-nurse-puke-etc. Sometimes she even eats twice an hour in the evenings. I am becoming exhausted. I am at a loss on how to break this cycle. Any similar experiences or advice?

My 89 toyota Celica sputters while in drive!?

the car idles fine in park and it drives good, however, when the car is in drive and my foot on the brake at a stoplight etc the rpm's start jumping around and the car starts spuddering and eventually will shut off. At the same time if the car starts doing this and I put it into park the rpm's go back up and everythings fine, its just while I'm sitting idle in drive that it does this. How can I get noticed?

My friends all wear very 'skimpy' clothes- short skirts, hot pants, even corsets for crying out loud!- when we go out together, but all I ever wear is jeans and t-shirts (occaisionally vest tops). im a 16 yr old girl who is COMPLETELY in love with Jesus Christ. my dad left last year for another women and i had a very hard time. i felt unloved, neglected, heart-broken, and alone. long story short i was depressed and suicidal until we had a 3 day revival at our church with Ivan Tait. i went all 3 days and cried my eyes out the whole time cus they were services about healing. i heard everything i needed to hear and on the 3rd day, august 18th, i was at the alter getting prayed for and the pastor prophesied over me. he said that i will make a decision by february that will change my life. exactly 2 months later on october 18th and church i was at the alter and i was praying for the man that God has planned for me. i stopped praying and looked at the pastor and he spoke a word that God gave him. he said theres a young lady here and God is bringing the man he has planned for you by the end of this year. i knew he was talkin to me cus that was exactly what i was praying for. now, about a week ago, ive had the name Jeremiah stuck in my head. i dont know anyone named jeremiah so i dont know why that name is on my heart. i started reading the book of Jeremiah in the Bible to maybe find some answers but i dont feel like i found anything. am i just thinking of the name just to be thinking of it, or is it God trying to tell me something? but i have a habit of taking things and thinking that its God trying to speak to me, when really its just in my head. i would like true Jesus followers to answer this because i cant hear God's voice, but im praying for someone who can to read this because i believe he will speak to me through you. thank you and God bless!

Why do I have trouble reading musical notes, is there some sort of psychology behind it?

I have been playing the piano for about 10 years now. The funny thing is though I still have trouble reading notes. I will take a piece of music and start to play it, but I will hesitate for a long time. I feel stupid because with the amount of time I've been playing, the notes should just automatically pop into my head. My teacher has even gotten on to me about this. I don't know whats wrong with me. I wish I could pick up a piece of music, glance, and play it automatically. Why can't I do this? Is it some type of dyslexia or something wrong with my brain? Horses That Won't Load...?

The lesson horse I ride is extreamly stubborn (as most school horses are) and he usually refuses to load, so we usually spen almost 45 minutes getting 3 horses loaded! Any ideas on how to get them to not be so afraid of the trailer? We have tried coaxing them in with treats, food, sweetfeed and almost everything else and we even resorted to stud chains. Once they are in they don't seem to mind, it's just getting them through the door that's the problem. There is no way for us to practice loading them on normal days because the trailer comes the moring of the show and leaves right after we get back.

I am struggling with jelousy because I can't seem to break free from my past. So, in Growth & Development, we learned that not everyone goes through the "mid-life" crisis and it's only called that if it is a true "crisis" and it might merely be considered a mid-life "change" if it isn't drastic enough to be considered a "crisis." Examples of a crisis would be cheating on the spouse with a much younger girlfriend/boyfriend, buying a new car/boat that can't be afforded or wasn't discussed with spouse. A mid-life "change" would be simply changing clothing preference but still within the norms for the age group. Dressing in mini-skirts and getting jobs is considered a "crisis." We lkearned that the quarter century crisis is in fact real for some people. Needless to say, I fall into that catorgory extremely hard :-) right now, but isn't it normal and simply another stage in my life to be feeling this way? I don't have kids or a husband (already divorced) so of course when ever I get a baby shower or wedding invite it'll make me think of my own life, and yes, I've cut ties with some immature friends from hs/life but isn't this simply a stage in growth/development? For those of you that read my question about Papillon not doing well. I did get her to the vet. She was diagnosed with whip worms!!! We do not own any other animals. I do not know where she could have contacted anything to get this.. We live in the country so I don't take her to a park for recreation. She has never been boarded, she has always been with us!!!! I am wondering if whip worms can come from wild animals as well. I forgot to ask the vet at the visit. Missy by the way, is doing so much better after medication. I did ask the vet about the fall that she sustained and she said that they, (dogs) can take a substantial blow to the head without any complications most times. This was why I was so confused about her problems.. Nothing after the fall, but weeks later she had what looked like neurological problems. Just so happy that she is on the mend!!!

1984 porsche 944 not getting gas?

I replaced the fuel pump thinking that was the problem.. but it still didnt get gas up to the engine. took the hose off the front and used a bleader.. The gas flows up to the front.. but there is no suction to take it into the engine or into the fuel sensor. im wondering if there is a suction or something that sucks the gas into it. Ideas keeping a foster GSD busy?

Hiya. I foster GSD's for a rescue. This guy I have now was a stray, a gorgeous skinny 2 year old black and tan male. And I'm sitting her asking this at 8 in the morning because he's so active that I don't know what to do with him. Of course I'll take him on the runs and hikes with my other dogs but I'm looking for other ways to keep a huge GSD busy - both inside and outside the house. I don't know what the computer gizmo is called but I do have 503 MB RAM and then, I think it's called a Processor, is 2.38 of something or other. I think it's considered good. I also am always getting in the beginning from Netflix, just before the movie is supposed to start, some text on the red screen telling me my internet connection is slow and their program is adjusting it so as to minimize interruptions. It never works however. Now I can not get the movie, any of them, for more than a minute. I have no idea of what to do about it. If it matters, I have 80 GB hard drive and 50% of it is used. I'm kind of thinking that I might like to become a physicist. But I've always really wanted to live in a very urban area like in the middle of New York or Chicago. Feel jittery and nauseas after drinking a sugary drink-24.5 weeks preg?

I drink water/milk/juice throughout the day but I usually give myself a break around lunchtime. I usually drink a coke or sweet tea because the caffeine and sugar help my headaches and give me that pick-me-up I need. The past 3 weeks or so, I've noticed even drinking half of a coke or tea, I get really jittery, nauseas, and a rapid heartrate. I mentioned it to my doctor 2 weeks ago and he said just wait until my sugar test, which will be in about a month. Of course, it's common sense to not drink anything sugary anymore but I'm wondering is that normal for me to feel that way while pregnant? Up until a few weeks ago, I could drink 2-3 cokes or teas a day and feel fine. Btw, he did test me for anemia a month ago and it was only minor anemia and I started an iron pill. The weakness and dizziness I had then has gone away, so I'm thinking it's not from being anemic anymore.

They are fun to hold and play with, just don't drop them, as they blend in well with pale colored carpet....The most common stick insect that is used as pets are the Indian stick insect, which are all females and reproduce aually. They do, however, require a living space such as a terrarium, though a jar with holes punched into the top would do fine. In the tank, bramble, ivy, privet (their food) and lettuce would be encouraged. Also, mostly only Indian stick insects eat privet, so if you get a different species don't make the mistake of feeding them privet. Also, I once had hermit , and i personally was not fond of them. They REALLY stink, and it kind of hurts when they pinch you. If that happens, rub warm warm onto their shells for them to slacken their grip. However, if you like crustaceans, hermit would be a good, easy-to-care-for pet.

Please HELP my entire yard has been taken over by dandilions and other horrible weeds!!!?

My yard was neglected for years before we moved here, we raked everywhere trying to get all the dead gr out. Because there was such a build up of dead gr there has been no time or room for new gr to ever grow in. There for my entire yard front and back have been taken over by weeds. They are so bad they have grown in height enormously. I don't know what to do my fence is broken and neighbours are complaining its spreading. I bought Scoots Path Clear remover and wilson wipe out weed remover, for the bigger ones. I have a dog and realize he must stay off the lawn and i am willing to make sure that happens in order not to harm him. We hardly have any gr and i just don't know what to do pulling them out by hand would literally take days! What should i use to get rid of this all or does anyone agree i would waste more money buying a bunch of stuff and i should just hire weed-man to come in???? I used to love reading, but don't ever seem to find books that interest me as much anymore, otherwise I don't have the time to look.
