Can you suggest some healthy dinners for me please?

You could make veggie soup of which there is an endless variety and can be used for multiple meals,you could make a stir fry of vegetables,tofu,egg,noodles or anything you like along with your favourite sauce like satay,black bean,soy/garlic etc. You could make salad,toasted sandwiches,omelette's,healthy pizza ( on flat bread with lite cheese or no cheese),vegetarian pasta (tomato based or pesto based of course ) , homemade vegetarian lasagna (you can buy lasagne sheets),you can make vegetable curry with tofu,lentils,chick peas etc,frittata,vegetarian fritters or burgers,the possibilities are endless you just have to be inspired and in the mood xD
