Should I buy a Specialized, Marin or Scott hybrid bike?

I want to buy a new women's specific hybrid bike that's costs somewhere between $500 and $650 Canadian. I was looking at Specialized Globe Elite, Marin's San Rafael and Scott's P5 Sportster? Which one would you suggest?
