What information needs to be in a 30 day notice to vacate rental?
yay we finally found a new house. i need to give our 30 day notice. what information needs to be in the letter? and since im mailing it do i need to account for the extra day or 2 it will take the landlord to recieve the notice when calculating the 30 days?
