just cuz he's kissed girls does not mean hes slutty. Slutty isn't even the right word. Try player. And he ur boyfriend so if he wants to touch your areas, he isn't really using you. But if he does touch you and you dont want him to then just tell him. You have to give him a chance, because you said yes and you cant dump him for doing nothing. Hope this helps.
