UFC Undisputed 2009 Help?

ok, im on Career mode and i made up a guy. But i keep getting knocked out seconds into one particular fight with Tito Ortiz, now im not a UFC fan i just borrowed my brothers game so i don't know any techniques and stuff, so any help on how to knock this guy out so i can move on (don't want to lose a fight)
