What are the odds my baby girl is going to get the flu?

My baby has a boyfriend too. They are only two weeks apart (both one). Anyways neither one are fed currently (Emma was for a few days and he never was). He is sick ALL the time. He has had several sinus infections, ear infections, colds, tummy bugs, you name it. He and Emma play together at least once a week. They share all the same toys so I am sure they trade quite a bit of saliva! He also loves to give her mouth kisses. Anyways all that said, Emma has never caught anything from him.
