The track is under layers of snow and i need to train, help?

I am a sprinter and i need to find a way to improve my 400m and 200m times without using a track due to the weather. I don't have access to an indoor track. Please don't tell me to run on a treadmill because it wont make me faster, although i still run on it anyways to keep in shape... any ideas?
