Are there any major glitches/bugs in in's Creed Bloodlines?

What I mean by major glitches/bugs is a glitch that prevents you from going on in the game and you can't restart from an earlier point. An example of a major bug is the AC2 DLC + Rome (Sequence 14) bug (still no patch, can someone also help me with that?). If there are any bugs in AC: Bloodlines, can you also tell me how to get out of them?
