I heard the Marines have suits to incarcerate men that can run shock on them and other detail? Is that true?

I am not sure what information you are seeking, as it seems more of a diatribe than a question, but here is some info. There are devices available for the control of prisoners . I have never seen them used except in dangerous situation such as when a dangerous prisoner is being moved in public or taken to court. those devices include a "stun belt" that can deliver an electrical charge like a taser and is operated by remote control. There is also a leg brace that allows one to walk normally, but when one runs it locks in place. I have never heard of the marines using any of those.
