Could I be pregnant??

I had one day and um let's say that things not done in time.. Than the next day I got my period, which was wierd because I had just had it 2 weeks earlier... Does this mean that I'm poss. pregnant??? And I don't really trust tests, because I took a few w/ my last pregnancy and didn't get a positive result untill I was like 7 weeks pregnant...
