Was it my fault my dad abused me? HELP PLZ?

when i was young i had a car accident (me,older sister,mum,dad) and my sister died in the accident. But my dad lied bout how she died when i was older saying she was borned first then when you came out you wd your umbilacord round her neck and strangled her. Now tat my dad died a few years ago my mom has told me bout the car accident. But after the accident my dad used to abuse me and emotianlly torment me and make me feel like crap. My mom didn't stop this and sometimes he wud blame everything on me. Was this my fault tat he abused me? cuz i feel so gulity now and don't no how to deal wiv thse feelings of gulit :/
