I'm scared... Is something wrong with me?

YES but for the time being make sure you eat every meal, and make it at least 300 calories. In the morning eat, 2-3 egg white omelet with cheese and a piece of turkey, english muffin, and a gl of milk and water, bring a snack to school with you, and bring lunch too, Sandwich and maybe some veggies? like carrots or something. Maybe a bag of baked chips. eat a snack a few hours after that, then dinner eat something big and filling. Chicken, rice, veggies, or some pasta, mashed potatoes, cooked carrots. Good luck and get that checked, Also if you are stressing out about this girl that could be causing your panic attacks just relax!
