If i modify my 97 accord to fit 5 lugs wheels can i use rotors from the accord 99 v6?

i plan to modify the hubs of my accord so i can put other rims on it (OEM Honda accord 07 v6 rims 17"). the hubs are 4 lugs but i can get someone to modify it to 5 lugs. the question is if i can use the brake rotors form a honda accord 99 v6 (without having to change the caliper) since they are already 5 lugs and need no modification.
