When I fall asleep I fall asleep well. I go into a completely deep rem sleep and feels very refreshing. Although, during the day I can still feel tired... I still feel rested enough and almost never take a nap. The problem is it takes me a long time to finally fall asleep. I have to much energy. I have to be completely exhausted to fall asleep. drinking alcohol helps me sleep or staying up for 16-19 hours helps me fall asleep. I dont have trouble sleeping. I just have trouble actually falling asleep. Is this bad? Do I need to see a dr?
